Portìon Ruh Aiý : 40 minutes Peace - and "last week's" blessings?
 
Moshe starts this Portion with thòughts of Blessings and Curses
 
Weren't there blessings in last week's Portion?
 
Rabbi Carlebach explains this week's start - and I paraphrase - that
Hashem shows us the BLESSING THAT WE ARE 
(if we want to be a blessing for the world!)
 
And to see the blessings that Hashem has given us!
 
 
For instance,
 
I often pray eveninģs - like tonight - in a small Sephardic Synagogue.
Why?
Because I get 40 minutes of traditional peace and prayer
and The Peacefulness and the love of all Israel
of those that pray there - which makes it a very HOLY PLACE
 
Let me finish here and just bless everyone with peace.- 
AS WE BLESS THE NEW MONTH of ELUL
