…. In Bereishis, you learn the beginning;

how G-d created the world, and how he created the beginning of the Jewish People.

Shemos is all about how we became a nation and received the Torah.

In Vayikra we learn how to serve G-d.

But you know something so crazy … you can still fall to the lowest depths (and)

Do you know why? Because it takes more than all this!.

So the Heilige Ishbitzer (Rebbe) says the deepest Torah in the world.

The whole book of Bamidbar is the book of mistakes because (in life) you have to make so many mistakes…

You know friends, you can do everything right in life and yet not get to the point...

You know friends, (if) I'll tell G-d "I'll do anything You want me to do",

and I'm still off... It takes something deeper than that…

(In Bamidbar) we learn about Aaron, Miriam and even Moshe… and.

we see that even Moshe Rabbeinu can make a mistake, it's possible because we are just human beings.

When I am very close to somebody, the closeness does not depend on how much they are doing my will, that would be the most shallow relationship there is.

Mamash our relationship with G-d has to go so much deeper…

The book of Bamidbar begins when mamesh the Ribbono Shel Olam is counting Yidden,

…counting every Yid's individual strength

and He is begging us, "Yiddelach, each of you have to find your own connection (to G-d and the Eternal Torah and people)

which is beyond just doing everything right and not doing wrong."

I want you to know the deepest deepest depths. What is the holy book of Bamidbar all about? The essence of Bamidbar is one thing. In Bereishis, you learn the beginning; how G-d created the world, and how he created the beginning of the Jewish People. Shemos is all about how we became a nation and received the Torah. In Vayikra we learn how to serve G-d. But you know something so crazy - you can know Bereishis, Shemos and Vayikra, and you can still fall to the lowest depths!

Do you know why? Because it takes more than all this.

So the Heilige Ishbitzer says the deepest Torah in the world. The whole book of Bamidbar is the book of mistakes because you have to make so many mistakes until it's absolutely so inside of you. But what kind of mistakes are we talking about?

You know friends, you can do everything right in life and yet not get to the point. Imagine I met this girl and I love her the most. I say to her "I want you to marry me." She says "Why should I marry you?" I say "Because I'll do everything you want me to do." How exciting. She says "I'm sorry. It doesn't turn me on." "It doesn't turn you on? What do you mean? I just said that I will do anything you tell me to do!"

It's got to be deeper than that.

You know friends, I'll tell G-d "I'll do anything You want me to do", and I'm still off. It takes something deeper than that. You think the highest you can offer G-d is to do everything right? It's possible to do everything right and still be off. If you follow the portions of Bamidbar, we learn about Aaron, Miriam and even Moshe.

If you follow the portions in Bamidbar, we see that even Moshe Rabbeinu can make a mistake, it's possible because we are just human beings. But you know something? You think that because you made one mistake you are cut off? He is still Moshe Rabbeinu.
